Automotive & Energy Solution (AES) development team is looking for a Solution Planning & Architect specialize in control unit test application for new mobility vehicles, with strategic vision and technical leadership in defining and developing well verse functional test solution to enable our customer success.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision and Market Insights:
- Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry developments of software defined vehicles, specifically on vehicle control (electronic control unit, power train system etc.) and cross domain computing (zonal controller, domain controller etc.).
- Develop a forward-thinking roadmap for functional test solutions, aligning with market trends and customer needs.
- Engage with key customers to understand pain points and requirements, shape our offerings to meet emerging challenges and opportunities.
- Translate insights into innovative solutions that enhance useability and simplicity.
- Technical Leadership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and design direction.
- Leverage your expertise in digital and analog measurement applications to develop robust functional test solution.
- Mentor and guide a multidisciplinary development team of engineers (EE, SW, ME) to create strong value differentiators.
- Lead the development team in developing tester calibration, test and diagnostic procedure.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- Extensive digital & analog signal analysis & testing knowledges; and ability to work in a team.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience to entry to this level.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
