Responsibilities


  • Carrying out service orders with clearly defined objectives
  • Testing, calibration and preventive maintenance of electronic devices
  • Adjustment of electronic measuring devices
  • Careful and structured planning of work processes
  • Assessing the functionality of electronic measuring devices
  • Solving technical problems, even with complex requirements

Professional customer contact, even in challenging situations


Qualifications


Required Qualifications:  

  • Completed training as an electronics technician or equivalent
  • Handling electronic measuring devices
  • Knowledge of manual and automated calibration
  • Basic knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 17025
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20 weeks per year)
  • Basic IT skills (MS Windows, Office applications)
  • Independent working style and good organizational skills

 

 

Nice to have Qualifications: 

  • State-certified technician or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of calibration processes
  • Advanced knowledge of calibration processes
  • Experience in dealing with customers in a technical service environment
  • Knowledge of data analysis or automated calibration tools
  • Experience with quality assurance processes in metrology
  • Relevant experience in the calibration of measuring instruments
