Job Description
Are you passionate about building relationships and creating meaningful opportunities for students? As a Placement Specialist, you’ll play a key role in connecting counselling students with hospitals, clinics, and community facilities for hands-on learning experiences. This role blends relationship management, coordination, and problem-solving to ensure a positive outcome for both students and placement sites.
What you'll do:
Develop and manage partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and other placement sites.
Coordinate student placements in collaboration with the broader team.
Negotiate and secure affiliation agreements with partners.
Maintain accurate records and reports across multiple systems.
Work closely with stakeholders to achieve win-win outcomes.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree highly regarded
3–5 years’ experience in business development and/or sales.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in healthcare is advantageous.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and CRM systems.
