Lead with Purpose. Partner with Impact.  The Project Manager is responsible for the successful management and delivery of operations, business, and/or technology projects that support the organization’s strategic initiatives and long-term vision. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager partners with business sponsors, technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive clarity, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality outcomes. The Project Manager will play a critical role in minimizing disruption and aligning acquired businesses with our operating model to support long-term success.   

What you’ll Do:

  • Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders; ensure business and technical feasibility. 
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations using organization approved tools. 
  • Drive strategic and operational planning activities across product lines, programs, and portfolios. 
  • Manage all aspects of projects, including timelines, task assignments, resource coordination, and daily execution. 
  • Lead and facilitate project team meetings, document decisions, risks, and next steps. 
  • Coordinate project teams in matrixed environments and across varying project sizes. 
  • Manage constraints with strong focus on scope, time, budget, risk, and change control. 
  • Track and analyze project performance to ensure achievement of short- and long-term goals. 
  • Conduct financial analysis and recommend adjustments aligned to project and organizational objectives. 
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during the integration process. 
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation across the full lifecycle. 
  • Provide regular project communications—including updates, dashboards, and presentations—to stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Prepare materials for leadership meetings and assist in synthesizing decisions and action plans. 
  • Partner with business sponsors, technology teams, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress. 
  • Facilitate business requirements gathering, refinement, and validation. 
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams and departments to ensure a cohesive process. 

What You Bring: 

 

  • 4-year degree in business, technology, operations, or related field. 
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management. 
  • PMP, Agile certifications are preferred. 
  • Experience in Wealth Management and/or RIA/ RIA aggregation required. 
  • Knowledge of common RIA applications including Orion, Addepar, Investigo, Envestnet, Black Diamond desirable. 
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Smartsheet, Salesforce, MS Project, Lucid Charts required. 
  • MS Office Suite required. 
  • Experience managing complex projects in fast paced environments. 
  • Strong understanding of scope, schedule, budget, and risk management frameworks. 
  • Familiarity with PMO methodologies and tools 
  • Ability to analyze and translate business requirements and familiarity with technology requirements. 
  • Understanding of enterprise strategy and how projects support organizational goals. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing and delivering presentations. 
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams, manage conflict, and drive consensus. 
  • Ability to evaluate project performance, identify issues, and recommend solutions. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent initiatives. 
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations and strategies 
  • Ability to identify and resolve sensitive issues that arise during a change management process. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels of an organization. 
  • Ability to think strategically, with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to influence outcomes. 
  • Detail-oriented, consistent follow-up to drive accountability. 
  • Travel up to 30%.
