About the role

 

We are seeking a Supply Planner to join our team, at our Taste & Nutrition Manufacturing facility, in Glamsbjerg, reporting to the Planning Supervisor. You will be responsible for developing and managing middle‑ to long‑term supply plans, ensuring the right balance between service levels and cost efficiency. You will translate demand forecasts into robust supply plans, optimize production capacity, and secure product availability through effective coordination, analysis, and reporting.

This appointment is a full‑time, onsite role under a fixed‑term contract with a duration of 12 months.

Key responsibilities

 

  • Review demand and develop supply and capacity plans in SAP
  • Monitor availability and adjust plans for changes
  • Collaborate with internal & external teams (Procurement, Production, Logistics, Customer care, etc) to align supply plans with demand forecasts and orders
  • Analyze inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory. Analyze deviations and optimize planning processes
  • Support new product introductions and inventory management
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to support continuous improvement
  • Provide coverage for team members during holidays to ensure continuity.

Qualifications and skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • At least 2 years of planning experience, ideally within the food or chemical industry
  • Strong analytical capabilities paired with clear and effective communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP (ECC/APO) and Excel; experience with Power BI is an advantage
  • Fluent in English; Danish proficiency is a plus
  • A structured, analytical, and decisive mindset, with a results‑oriented and flexible approach.
