About the role

As a Quality Systems Specialist at our Taste & Nutrition manufacturing facility in Glamsbjerg, you will play a key role in strengthening our site’s food safety, quality, and compliance performance. In this full‑time, permanent position, you will support the effective implementation and continuous improvement of our Quality Management Systems, ensuring our operations meet both internal standards and external regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, contribute to robust customer satisfaction processes, and help maintain our facility’s audit‑ready status. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented approach in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

1/ Quality Systems & SAP Management
• Support FSSC 22000 recertification
• Maintain inspection plans and CoA profiles in SAP
• Set up new products in SAP as QC Tech
• Support site SAP activities (reports, investigations, TECO closure).

 

2/ Specifications & HACCP
• Review and approve customer specifications
• Complete RSPO reporting via ILX
• Conduct HACCP contaminant screening
• Update and review HACCP documentation.

 

3/ Customer Engagement & Satisfaction
• Execute system‑related actions to meet customer requirements.

 

4/ FSQ Management System (FSQMS)
• Drive effective use of Intelex, SAP, and FSQMS tools
• Maintain document control in Intelex
• Ensure validated traceability, including regular testing
• Manage the Mock Recall program
• Maintain and improve the product recall plan
• Support verification sampling (EMP, allergens, nutrition, sanitation) based on risk.

 

5/ Compliance & Audit Readiness
• Support customer audits
• Support inspections, technical reviews, and Group/Global audits
• Participate in internal audits and commercial visits as required.

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry or a related scientific or engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a Quality department within the food industry
  • Proven experience in food safety, including knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
  • Internal auditor experience (certification is an advantage).
  • English and Danish fluently
  • SAP knowledge
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic operational environment.
