About the role

As a PtP Entry Associate, you will play a key role in delivering efficient and accurate Procure‑to‑Pay (PtP) services within Kerry’s Global Business Services (GBS) organization. In this role, you will support day-to-day transactional activities, ensure timely and precise invoice processing, manage vendor relationships, and provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
Vendor relationship management
Validate vendor invoices to be paid with approval and documentation within deadline
Dispute resolution
Schedule transactions (Ad-hoc payment)
SOA Reconciliation
Escalation process

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Equivalent Job Experience
1+ years Years of Experience
ERP(SAP it’s a plus) and Excel Intermediate (Pivot Tables & Formulas)
English Level B1+
Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
