About the role

En esta posición serás responsable de asegurar que los materiales de empaque utilizados en nuestras diferentes categorías cumplan con los más altos estándares de calidad, eficiencia y sostenibilidad. Tu trabajo impactará directamente la seguridad del producto, la experiencia del consumidor y la eficiencia operativa en planta.

Key responsibilities

  • Participar en la validación de materiales de empaque primarios, secundarios y terciarios.
  • Coordinar el flujo de artworks y asegurar la correcta actualización de especificaciones.
  • Dar soporte a auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con materiales de empaque.
  • Proponer e implementar iniciativas de ahorro y eficiencia en empaques.
  • Resolver problemas en planta relacionados con materiales actuales.
  • Generar reportes de validación y documentación técnica.
  • Mantener actualizadas las especificaciones y BOMs en el sistema.Asegurar el cumplimiento de GMP, ISO, NOMs y lineamientos internacionales.

Qualifications and skills

🎓 Formación requerida

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Manufactura, Mecánica, Materiales, Química o afines.

🧠 Habilidades técnicas (Hard Skills)

  • Conocimiento de materiales de empaque papel, corrugado, plásticos rígidos y flexibles, estructuras multicapa y materiales sostenibles.
  • Pruebas de desempeño (protocolos ISTA y validación de transporte).
  • Diseño técnico y estructural (especificaciones, DFMA, ahorros).
  • Excel avanzado y análisis estadístico (DOE, CPK, gráficas).
  • Sostenibilidad huella de carbono, LCA, reciclabilidad y optimización de materiales.
  • Conocimiento de cadena de suministro logística, almacenamiento, paletización y empaque para exportación.

🤝 Habilidades blandas (Soft Skills)

  • Comunicación efectiva con equipos multifuncionales.
  • Trabajo colaborativo y enfoque en resultados.
  • Gestión de proyectos y priorización.
  • Pensamiento creativo y orientado a soluciones (5 Why’s, Ishikawa, DMAIC).

📅 Experiencia deseada

  • 1 a 3 años en empaque, manufactura, ingeniería de procesos o calidad.
  • Experiencia con proveedores de materiales.
  • Participación en pruebas de validación.
  • Implementación de nuevos diseños o modificaciones en línea.
