Buscamos un Supervisor de Mantenimiento encargado de garantizar la operación eficiente de nuestros equipos mediante actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo. Este rol es clave para asegurar la calidad, inocuidad y seguridad en los procesos, apoyando la mejora continua y el cumplimiento de estándares como BPM, HACCP y FSSC 22000.

Actividades principales

Apoyar el programa de mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo y correctivo según asignación del jefe inmediato.
Brindar soporte tecnológico y realizar reparaciones mecánicas generales de las máquinas.
Ejecutar intervenciones en equipos cumpliendo con procedimientos de solicitud, consumo y reintegro de repuestos.
Diligenciar correctamente reportes, bitácoras y formatos asociados a las tareas.
Alimentar diariamente la hoja de vida de los equipos con cada intervención realizada.
Garantizar la confidencialidad de la información relacionada con el cargo.
Velar por el uso adecuado de accesorios y sistemas neumáticos, hidráulicos, eléctricos, de control y mecánicos.
Manejar los ERP de la compañía (Ofima, Mantum) para control y seguimiento del área de mantenimiento.
Cumplir con las funciones asignadas por el jefe inmediato, incluyendo compras de elementos y servicios.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de programas prerrequisitos (BPM, PC, PCC, HACCP) y demás normas internas.
Informar problemas relacionados con calidad, legalidad e inocuidad a los líderes de gestión.
Ejecutar programas de limpieza e higiene asignados.
Velar por el cumplimiento del sistema HACCP y FSSC 22000.
Participar en la cultura de calidad e inocuidad de la organización.
Reportar condiciones de riesgo y accidentes/incidentes inmediatamente, cumpliendo con la política de SST.

Requerimientos

Escolaridad Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial, Eléctrica o afines.
Experiencia Mínimo 2 años en cargos similares.
Manejo de Office, BPM, práctica 5S, conocimientos básicos en SST, certificación en alturas, meteorología.
Inglés - intermedio (deseable)
Posición temporal 1 año.
