About the role
El practicante de Contabilidad en GBS brinda apoyo a los procesos financieros globales, asegurando la correcta ejecución de actividades contables conforme a estándares internacionales (NIIF/IFRS) y a las políticas corporativas. Este rol está pensado para estudiantes o recién egresados que buscan adquirir experiencia práctica en un entorno dinámico y multicultural.
Key responsibilities
Registrar y conciliar transacciones financieras en sistemas ERP.Apoyar el proceso de cierre contable mensual y la preparación de reportes básicos.Realizar conciliaciones bancarias y análisis de variaciones.Dar soporte en procesos de intercompañías.Participar en auditorías internas y externas.Colaborar en proyectos de automatización y mejora continua, impulsados por GBS.Asegurar el cumplimiento de controles internos y políticas globales.
Qualifications and skills
- Conocimiento básico de principios contables y normativas NIC/NIIF.
- Manejo intermedio de Excel y familiaridad con software contable (SAP es un plus).
- Atención al detalle, precisión numérica y pensamiento analítico.
- Habilidad para comunicarse de forma efectiva y trabajar en equipo.
- Inglés intermedio, considerando que GBS opera en entornos globales.
- Proactividad y disposición para aprender continuamente.
- Estudiante de Contaduría Pública, Finanzas o áreas afines.
- Se valoran cursos adicionales en NIIF o Excel avanzado.
- Orientación a procesos globales Comprensión de la estandarización y homologación de cuentas (SAP/AFO).
- Digital & Automation Awareness Familiaridad con herramientas digitales y enfoque en la mejora continua.
- Customer/Partner Focus Capacidad para colaborar eficazmente con equipos multiculturales.
