O Especialista de Food Safety será responsável por garantir a segurança, qualidade e conformidade dos produtos alimentícios, assegurando a aderência às normas e regulamentações vigentes (HACCP, PPHO, BPF, BPL, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001). Atuará proativamente na identificação e mitigação de riscos nos sistemas da Qualidade e liderará iniciativas de melhoria contínua em segurança alimentar.
Key responsibilities
- Garantir a conformidade dos processos produtivos com normas e regulamentações de segurança alimentar (HACCP, PPHO, BPF, BPL, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001).
- Monitorar e assegurar a qualidade e confiabilidade dos produtos alimentícios ao longo de todo o processo.
- Identificar, avaliar e mitigar riscos relacionados aos sistemas de Qualidade e Segurança de Alimentos.
- Liderar e implementar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, promovendo boas práticas e padrões de excelência.
- Realizar auditorias internas e acompanhar auditorias externas, garantindo planos de ação eficazes.
- Treinar e orientar equipes sobre práticas e requisitos de Food Safety.
- Gerenciar desvios, investigar causas raiz e implementar ações corretivas e preventivas.
- Manter documentação atualizada e garantir a rastreabilidade dos processos de qualidade.
