JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Strategic Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing team to drive high performance, professional growth, and strong alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee workforce planning, capability development, and performance evaluation for all Marketing team members.
- Marketing Strategy & Project Positioning
- Lead the development of marketing propositions, project positioning strategies, and design concepts based on market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive benchmarking.
- Provide strategic direction for project design briefs in collaboration with Product Development, Sales, and external agencies.
- Customer-Centric Project Marketing
- Formulate and execute integrated, customer-centric marketing strategies for all projects, ensuring strong brand presence, demand generation, and conversion effectiveness.
- Champion customer insights and market research to influence product design, features, and pricing strategy.
- Innovation, Branding & Creative Excellence
- Drive innovation in marketing tools, visual design, brand identity, and digital engagement.
- Lead creative reviews and ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all marketing output.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Partner with the Sales Division to co-develop sales strategies, pricing frameworks, sales programs, promotions, events, and launch campaigns.
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to meet commercial objectives and sales targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Governance
- Work closely with Legal, Sales, Project, and Finance teams to ensure all marketing and sales documentation—including Registration Forms, Deposit Contracts, SPAs, and Vendor Agreements—are accurate and compliant.
- Ensure governance, adherence to internal controls, and compliance with company policies.
- Market Intelligence & Business Insights
- Oversee market research activities, competitor analysis, sales trend reviews, and customer behavior studies.
- Provide senior management with timely weekly market updates and strategic insights to support business decisions.
- Marketing Operations & Budget Management
- Lead the planning, approval, and management of the Marketing budget for all projects.
- Ensure cost efficiency, effective resource allocation, and strong ROI across all campaigns and initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management & External Partners
- Manage relationships with key external partners including agencies, consultants, media, and vendors.
- Represent the company in industry events, networking activities, and external branding initiatives when required.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other strategic tasks and assignments as delegated by the management team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 8 years of relevant marketing experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial/senior managerial role within an international or major local real estate developer/agency.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Proven leadership capability in managing teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid experience in product development, pricing, branding, co-branding, digital marketing, and end-to-end campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- High level of creativity, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
