KeolisAmey Docklands was first awarded the franchise to operate and maintain the Docklands Light Rail (DLR) on behalf of Transport for London (TfL) in 2014. Following a successful 10-year delivery, we secured the next franchise to continue operating and maintaining the DLR from 2025 for a further eight years, with the potential for a two-year extension.

Context
- 12-month VIE position in London within the Resourcing and Planning team, supporting passenger rail operations.
- Key challenges : data availability, process efficiency, project delivery.
- Collaborates with Booking-On Room Supervisors, Roster Supervisors, and Planning team.
Missions
- Support data analysis and reporting.
- Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
- Assist with project delivery, including system and process changes.
- Work with operational teams to understand needs and support change.
- Use Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate) to streamline workflows.
Profile
- Education :
Graduate in Transport, Business, STEM, or related fields.
- Soft skills :
Analytical and versatile, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hard skills :
Comfortable with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate).
Experience in data analytics, PMO functions
- Professional Experience
Rail operations or workforce planning experience is a plus, but not required.
