HybridWhat you will do
The TS Strategic Operations Analyst is accountable for:
Tracking Budget, Latest Thinking, Purchase Orders and Spends for projects
Ensuring funding is transferred as needed between countries - Daily
Submitting requests for Purchase Orders and following-up with approvers
Submitting capitalization reports and respond to finance requests for reconciliations - Monthly
Outreach to vendors to collect quarterly close information for accruals
Troubleshooting issues with orders, invoices, capitalization
Proactively monitoring, tracking, and reporting issues
Defining root cause analysis
Implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
Experience with Req to Pay systems e.g. Ariba/eMarketplace
Financial/portfolio tracking e.g. Excel
Problem solving skills

What you'll do
- The TS Strategic Operations Analyst is responsible for tracking budgets, purchase orders, and spends for projects, as well as ensuring funding transfers between countries. The role also involves troubleshooting issues with orders and invoices and implementing corrective actions.
