What you will do

The Senior Finance Analyst is part of our Global Procurement Finance team which is focused on delivering accurate financial planning, insightful analysis, decision support and contribution towards value creation initiatives across all global categories of 3rd party spend. The scope of this position will primarily support the operational & transformation procurement functional budgets as well as working capital; aligned to our financial priorities of cost and cash management. You will work closely with procurement business partners and finance teams across regions to ensure transparency of key metrics, manage forecasting cycles, and long range financial plans. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the budgeting cycle, ensuring transparency in budget evolution, underlying assumptions, and key business drivers.
  • Manage quarterly updates, forecasts, and strategic plans; prepare comprehensive budgets that maximize value creation.
  • Consolidate and analyze actual results versus plan and forecast; prepare insightful narratives and presentations for global procurement and finance leadership.
  • Drive transparency of key financial and operational metrics to support fact‑based business decisions.
  • Build-up, assess and evaluate business cases; stress testing financial assumptions and driving accuracy and clear recommendations
  • Identify and drive process improvements, focusing on efficiency, stronger controls, and simplification of ways of working.
  • Partner closely with procurement and finance teams to streamline reporting processes, enhance data quality, and improve system consistency across the organization.
  • Lead training initiatives for business stakeholders and finance team members to elevate financial proficiency, strengthen analytical capability, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required preferably a major in Accounting or Finance
  • A CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred
  • 3-5 years of finance experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in order to educate and influence a broad range of business partners including senior management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and matrixed environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail
