Performs detailed analysis, design, implementation and maintenance activities. Works with business partners and technology teams to design or modify procedures to solve complex problems or improve existing procedures. Develops and delivers project solutions on schedule and within budget based on department methodologies. Researches and validates innovative solutions applying appropriate methodologies. Provides status reports, progress reports and documentation to department management and business partners. Ensures client satisfaction by providing high quality work and timely service. Demonstrates an understanding of business partner needs and manages satisfaction relative to deliverables. Actively participates on committees representing information technology organizations. Researches emerging technologies in area of expertise. Acts as subject matter expert in area of expert Consistently demonstrates knowledge seeking and sharing behaviors across departments in performing daily work. Stays abreast of industry changes through education and training. Educates and negotiates to achieve business strategy. Applies competency model principles, concepts and practices. Integrates system capabilities, and utilizes appropriate resources. May provide guidance and oversee contract employees for day to day.
