What you will do

Role reports to: Manager, Enterprise Data & Analytics Products

We are seeking a Business Lead with 5+ years of experience as a lead business analyst to support the delivery of enterprise internal platforms in Healthcare and Supply Chain domains. The Business Lead will work closely with the Product Owners, Engineering, Data, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable, and technically sound requirements.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for a Business Analyst who enjoys working close to the product, data, and technology teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Partner with the Product Owners during discovery and delivery phases. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across Supply Chain, Quality, Compliance, Consumer Care, and IT. Decompose business needs into functional, non-functional, and data requirements. Document current-state and future-state processes, identifying gaps, dependencies, and risks.

  • Product & Platform Support: Translate product initiatives into user stories with clear acceptance criteria, functional specifications and use cases, lightweight documentation supporting Agile delivery. Support enterprise platforms including product and master data platforms, search and discovery solutions, reporting, analytics, and data access platforms. Assist in defining data attributes, metadata, taxonomy, and data quality rules.

  • Technical & Data Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and Data teams to Clarify requirements and assumptions, support API, integration, and data flow discussions, validate data mapping and transformations. Understand and document system interactions and dependencies. Support search and AI-enabled features by documenting user flows, intent scenarios, and relevance considerations.

  • Agile Delivery Support: Maintain well-defined and ready user stories in the backlog. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Provide ongoing clarification to development teams during sprint execution.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and validation sessions. Help communicate solution impacts and changes to end users.

  • Testing & Validation: Support QA and UAT by defining test scenarios and business acceptance criteria, assisting with UAT execution and issue triage, Validate delivered features against documented requirements.

  • Success Metrics: Clear and complete requirements with minimal rework. Reduced sprint disruptions due to requirement ambiguity. Timely readiness of backlog items for development. Positive feedback from Product Manager and Engineering teams. Smooth UAT cycles and successful feature adoption.

 

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent experience in a related field.

·        5+ years of experience as a Lead Business Analyst

·        Experience supporting software or platform-based products

·        Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models

·        Experience working with data-driven systems or integrations

·        Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts (APIs, data flows, schemas)

·        Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience in Healthcare, Consumer Health, Life Sciences, or Supply Chain

·        Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

·        Familiarity with search, BI, analytics, or AI-enabled features

·        Experience working with globally distributed teams

·        Agile or BA-related certifications (CSPO, CCBA, Agile BA)
