Professional Experience.
- You should have 2 to 5 years of experience in material procurement in reputed company.( experience from Machine Tools industry is preferred)
- Should know the sourcing process with following skills
- Supplier Onboarding
- Negotiation process with different categories of materials.
- Global sourcing experience preferred.
- Cost management .
- On time Delivery performance with measurement
- Inventory management.
- Compliance requirements in sourcing.
- vendor development process.
- Supplier performance management
- Quality management system requirements with documentation
Soft Skills-
- Excellent communicator in spoken and written English.
- Documentation and record keeping .
- MS office expertise for data analysis and decision making.
- Working knowledge of Kannada & Hindi will be an added advantage
SAP Expertise
- Complete knowledge and skill of SAP MM module in sourcing.
- Process improvements in sourcing in SAP as a user.
Personality -
- Good communicator
- Fluent in written, spoken, communications
- To be a solution provider with objectivity in mind.
- Work with collaboration with team members
- It should be conversant for reporting all statutory reports.
Education
- Should be a Graduate BE ( Mechanical or Industrial Engineering )
