About this role

Vehicle Inspection & Lot Maintenance

  • Complete and submit vehicle inspection forms within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Ensure all vehicles have required marketing materials, appropriate fuel levels, and QR code stickers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle lot.
  • Monitor and maintain proper tire pressure (PSI) for all vehicles.
  • Start vehicles as needed to prevent battery drain and allow for software updates.
  • Remove and properly dispose of license plates from vehicles prepared for sale.
  • Ensure all vehicles are locked at the end of each workday.
  • Assist with monthly physical inventory counts and help resolve missed or incorrect scans.

Warranty & Service Support

  • Scan returned vehicles with dashboard warning lights and report findings to management.
  • Assist with transporting vehicles to and from service centers and intercompany transfers as needed.
  • Prepare and stage vehicles for vendor pickup.

Qualifications

  • No prior automotive experience required; training provided.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and operating vehicles, including large pickup trucks.
  • Able to work on your feet for extended periods.
