Big Star GMC, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a talented Automotive Service Rental Coordinator that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, intelligence, greatness, honesty and teamwork.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Open & close Rental Agreements
- Inspect vehicles as they leave and return
- Collect information on any auto claims that arise
- Filing all documents for the Rental Office & Service Department
- Answer incoming calls and email leads for rentals
- Assist service department when needed on calls & customer service
- Miscellaneous small duties to assist other departments at the dealership when needed
- Other duties as assigned.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a dealership service department preferred
- 1 or more years of previous customer service experience required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and high energy
- High level of customer service and record of customer satisfaction preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
