Key Responsibilities

  • Sie pflegen und aktualisieren Website-Inhalte (Bild und Text) in mehreren Sprachen gemäß unseren Corporate Standards
  • Sie erstellen und implementieren verkaufsfördernden Content für Angebote und Pakete sowie spezifische Landingpages für Social-Media-Kampagnen
  • Sie verantworten das operative Management unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) inklusive Redaktionsplanung und Posting
  • Sie konzipieren und setzen eine Social-Media-Strategie um und entwickeln kontinuierlich neue Content-Formate
  • Sie führen In-house-Fotoshootings durch und koordinieren externe Foto- sowie Videoproduktionen
  • Sie übernehmen die grafische Bearbeitung von Bildern sowie den Schnitt von Videomaterial für die digitale Kommunikation
  • Sie betreuen unsere Community, überwachen die Online-Reputation und koordinieren Influencer-Kooperationen sowie User Generated Content 
  • Sie analysieren und evaluieren alle Social-Media-Aktivitäten basierend auf definierten KPIs
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit den Abteilungen Marketing, Sales, PR sowie F&B zusammen, um eine optimale Content-Aussteuerung zu garantieren


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Erste Berufserfahrung oder fundierte Praktika im Bereich E-Commerce, Social Media oder Digital Marketing
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen CMS-Systemen sowie Grundkenntnisse in der Webpflege
  • Kreativität und grafisches Geschick in der Bild- und Videobearbeitung
  • Starke Affinität zu sozialen Netzwerken und ein Gespür für aktuelle digitale Trends und Formate
  • Hervorragende schriftliche Ausdrucksweise für die Erstellung packender Texte und Posts
  • Analytisches Verständnis zur Auswertung von Kennzahlen und Performance-Daten
  • Organisationstalent für die eigenständige Pflege von Redaktionsplänen und Projekten
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit zur Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen
