Hauptaufgaben:

  • Reporting Line zum Assistant Restaurant Manager/ Restaurant Manager.
  • Verantwortlich für Chef de Rang, Demi-Chef de Rang, Commis de Rang, Azubis, Praktikanten, Hostess
  • Ein Vorbild sein indem man pünktlich, in passender Kleidung und gepflegt zur Arbeit erscheint (im Einklang mit dem Dress Code des Hotels und den Kempinski Grooming Standards). Stets auf ein gepflegtes Aussehen und Auftreten Wert legen.
  • Stets höfliche und professionelle Serviceleistungen erbringen und sicherstellen, dass alle Mitarbeiter der Abteilung diesem Beispiel folgen.
  • Alle Aufgaben und Pflichten werden wie für die Abteilung notwendig ausgeführt.
  • Über alle Dienstleistungen und Produkte des Hotels Bescheid wissen
  • Ein umfassendes Wissen und Verständnis über alle Speisen und Getränke der Abteilung zu haben.
  • Upselling erklären und verstehen können sowie es für alle Produkte betreiben und Alternative anbieten. 
  • Überwachen des Equipments, und Reduzierung von Materialverlusten
  • Sicherstellen, dass der Arbeitsplatz sauber und organisiert ist
  • Höflicher und emphatischer Umgang mit Gästewünschen. Berichten von Gästebeschwerden und Feedback an Assistant RST Manager / RST Manager, Outlet Operations Manager, FUP sicherstellen
  • Nutzung der vorhandenen Kommunikationsmittel, wie Samfex
  • Bedienen des Micros Systems basierend auf der benötigten/erlernten Kenntnis der Abteilung.
  • Bedienen des Samfex Systems.
  • Beachten aller Regeln, welche in den Hotelregulierungen erstellt wurden sowie strikte Einhaltung der Brandsschutzregeln, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. 
  • Ein harmonisches Arbeitsverhältnis mit allen Mitarbeitern der Abteilung und des Hotels pflegen 
  • Aktive Teilnahme an allen Staff Meetings, Abteilungstrainings und anderen Hoteltrainings.





Gewünschte Kompetenzen & Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der gehobenen Hotellerie oder Gastronomie
  • Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position in der gehobenen Hotellerie
  • Eine saubere und organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Charmantes sowie gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit internationalen Gästen
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
