Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Director of Sales, Director of Sales & Marketing, der Sales Manager sowie Sales Exectives in deren täglichen Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für Organisation des Sales Büros durch Unterstützung aller administrativen Angelegenheiten
  • Kontrolle und Erneuerung des Inventars
  • Aktualisierung des Handbuches
  • Erstellen von monatlichen Berichten
  • Führen von Statistiken
  • Jährliche Vertragsadministration für Geschäfts- und Freizeitkunden


Ihr Profil

  • eine abgeschlossene fachspezifische Ausbildung, eventuell erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in einem Hotel der höheren Kategorie, gern auch im Ausland
  • Sicherer im Umgang mit Opera & den gängigen MS Office Anwendung
  • ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit & Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
