Description
Hauptaufgaben:
- Annahme, Bearbeitung und Kontrolle der täglich eingehenden Individualreservierungen
- Ausführliche individuelle Beratung unserer Gäste am Telefon unter Berücksichtigung unserer Qualitätsstandards
- Erfassung der reservierungsrelevanten Daten im Opera Cloud PMS-System sowie die permanente Pflege der Gastdaten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen anderen operativen Abteilungen
Gewünschte Kompetenzen & Qualifikationen
- Dies ist eine Einstiegsposition
- Sie haben erste Erfahrungen in der 4 oder 5 Hotellerie oder gehobenen Gastronomie sammeln können
- Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch und Englisch
- Sie haben eine positive Ausstrahlung, eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit und sind gerne Gastgeber
- Sie verfügen über eine Professionalität im Umgang mit unseren anspruchsvollen und internationalen Gästen
- Sie sind ein Teamplayer
- Sie haben eine zuverlässige, verantwortungsvolle und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Sie haben eine Leidenschaft für den Beruf und einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an Ihre Arbeit
- Sie sind bereit zur Arbeit an Wochenend- und Feiertagen im rollierenden System (nach Dienstplan)

What you'll do
- The Cluster Reservation Agent is responsible for accepting, processing, and controlling daily individual reservations while providing detailed consultation to guests over the phone. The role requires close collaboration with all operational departments.
