Our mission is to achieve exceptional results for our clients, drive innovation in the practice of law, and pursue unparalleled excellence in everything we do.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position Summary: </strong>We are&nbsp;seeking a highly organized, detail-driven&nbsp;M<strong>edical Records Specialist</strong> to support our operations and legal teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys precision-driven work, and is motivated to contribute to high-quality client representation. The Medical Records Specialist will be responsible for creating, organizing, and triaging Medical Record orders, as well as managing legal documents using established systems and procedures. This individual will process requests for medical information, review documentation for completeness, and triage/solve order issues in our production environment. Additional administrative and file management duties will be assigned as needed.</p> <p>This is a&nbsp;<strong>full-time, remote&nbsp;</strong>position; however, the individual in the role <strong>must be on Central Standard Time or willing to work regular Central Standard time business hours</strong>.&nbsp; The position will be paid hourly at $24.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus it is eligible for a year-end discretionary performance bonus and benefits.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Request, receive, process, and track medical and billing records from healthcare providers.</li> <li>Assist partners within Keller Postman (attorneys, Client Services, Litigation Operations) with Medical Records ordering and production needs.</li> <li>Organize, scan, upload, and maintain medical and legal documents within designated firm systems.</li> <li>Review and verify medical records and billing statements for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.</li> <li>Communicate professionally with medical providers, clients, attorneys, and staff.</li> <li>Prioritize and manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Perform additional duties and administrative tasks as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><em>Required:</em></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li> <li>2–4 years of experience in a records management, medical records, or similar administrative environment.</li> <li>Strong PC and data-entry skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.</li> <li>Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional, polished demeanor.</li> <li>Strong written communication skills, including accuracy in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.</li> </ul> <p><em>Preferred:</em></p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in a law firm or litigation environment.</li> <li>Familiarity with medical terminology and/or litigation documents.</li> <li>Previous exposure and work within Salesforce.</li> </ul> <p></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Keller Postman is an Equal Opportunity Employer.&nbsp; For California Applicants, please find our CRPA information <a href="https://www.kellerpostman.com/privacy-notice-for-california/">here</a>.&nbsp;</p></div>
