Join our team as a Maintenance Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the technical team to ensure the effective execution of maintenance activities. You will play a key role in planning, scheduling, and optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies aligned with plant objectives, while promoting safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

You will actively drive continuous improvement initiatives through structured methodologies such as DMAIC and root cause analysis, contributing to improved reliability, productivity, and operational performance. This role is located in our Toluca Plant

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintenance Leadership & Coordination: Coordinate and supervise the technical team to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities.
• Maintenance Planning & Reliability: Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead improvement initiatives using DMAIC and root cause analysis to enhance quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Third-Party & Work Order Management: Oversee contractors and ensure corrective work orders are properly executed and closed with accurate information.
• Cost & Downtime Optimization: Coordinate planned downtime and drive initiatives to reduce maintenance costs and improve MTBF.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Engineering bachelor’s degree
• Maintenance experience (execution or planning)
• Intermediate English proficiency
• SAP knowledge
• Root cause analysis expertise
• Leadership skills
• Strong planning and organizational abilities
