The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and talented Structural Engineer ready to take the next step in their career and join our growing Sydney based Buildings team. In this role, you will contribute to the planning, design and delivery of major local and interstate infrastructure projects, working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

You will bring a strong client focus, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects and building trusted relationships. The role involves close coordination with construction partners and key external stakeholders to develop practical, efficient and well considered engineering solutions.

You will also be responsible for preparing technically robust, clear and well structured proposals and reports, ensuring complex information is communicated effectively. In addition, you will actively support the growth of the team by providing guidance, mentoring and technical oversight to junior engineers

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor of Structural Engineering

  • Ability to design building structures and prepare design calculations using industry standard computer applications

  • Practical experience in the design and documentation of concrete and steel framed buildings

  • Be on the pathway to obtaining CPEng

  • Polished communication skills with the ability to navigate project issues

  • You must currently hold or be able to obtain a Defence clearance
