Position Summary:

KBR, Inc. is seeking a highly capable and organized Program Manager to join our team in Beavercreek, OH. This role supports the CRONUS program—ensuring smooth execution of acquisition activities and team support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, or evaluate solutions for project / program efforts.

  • Provide expert-level issue resolution and recommendation support to achieve desired program outcomes.

  • Assist with acquisition planning, documentation, and milestone decision support across programs.

  • Track action items, manage taskers, and support oversight boards to maintain operational cadence.

  • Be able to perform work measurement studies, program or operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, or workload change impact analyses.

  • plan, organize, and assist in managing critical aspects of the development, modernization, production, logistics, and/or deployment of systems, subsystems, and equipment.

Work Environment:

  • Location: On-site, WPAFB

  • Travel Requirements: Minimal 15-20%

  • Working Hours: Standard – Core hours 0900 - 1500

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in acquisition or program management roles with a focus in cost, schedule and performance.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, systems, and stakeholders.

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

  • Active TS/SCI

Desired:

  • Advanced Degree or Certification: Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.

  • DoD Acquisition Experience: Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and documentation.

  • Tool Proficiency: Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

  • Process Improvement: Ability to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.

  • Leadership Experience: Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a government or defense setting.
