Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in KBR’s DoD SkillBridge Internship program during your last 180 days of active duty.
- Gain hands-on experience in engineering, technology, cybersecurity, logistics, and business operations.
- Work alongside industry professionals on projects supporting defense and space programs.
- Learn KBR processes, tools, and systems relevant to your chosen career path.
- Engage in mentorship and networking opportunities to prepare for civilian employment.
- Support mission-critical tasks that enhance warfighter readiness and operational success.
Basic Qualifications
Active-duty service member within 180 days of separation
- Command approval for DoD SkillBridge participation
- Ability to commit to the duration of the internship program
- Interest in transitioning to a civilian career in engineering, IT, logistics, or business operations
Preferred Qualifications
Existing Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance (many roles require clearance)
- Technical certifications or relevant military occupational specialty experience
- Familiarity with engineering, cybersecurity, or logistics systems
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
