Position Title: Transportation Operations Manager

Role Summary:
The Transportation Operations Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the company’s
transportation operations, including scheduling, maintenance, safety, and logistical coordination across all transportation partners. This position provides strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure efficient, safe, and value aligned transportation services. The Transportation Operations Manager works closely with driver guides, dock staff and partner organizations such as Taquan Air and Kawanti Adventures and
maintains alignment with company goals and values.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop a high‑performance team while upholding the organization’s Vision, Mission, and Values. Success depends on the ability to design and manage transportation operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and safety, while ensuring seamless logistical alignment with Taquan Air, Kawanti Adventures, and independent providers. Effective coordination with dock operations, driver‑guides, and tour sites is essential, along with the flexibility to support the Dock Operations Supervisor as needed. Competence in hiring, training, and guiding transportation staff further strengthens operational reliability and overall team performance.
