RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Support (Temporary) role provides essential coordination and logistical support to the FastTrac and 1 Million Cups (1MC) teams in preparation for and execution of the 2026 FastTrac + 1MC Summit. This position plays a vital role in managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors and partners, and ensuring smooth execution of key program and operational activities. Working closely with the Operations Analyst and program teams, this role helps deliver an engaging, well-organized, and impactful Summit experience for all participants.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience demonstrating competencies in event coordination, project management, or operations support.
Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in event coordination, project administration, or operations support. Experience supporting large-scale conferences, summits, or multi-day events preferred.
Duration: This is a temporary position supporting planning, execution, and follow-up for the 2026 FastTrac + 1MC Summit from January 2026 to September 2026. The Summit is a three day event at the end of July 2026.
Travel: No travel required

Candidates for this position must be highly motivated, capable of self-direction, and able to work collaboratively in a team. Candidates must exhibit a keen sense of responsibility and enjoy working with multiple demands, shifting priorities, and constant change.
