What we're looking for:
We are seeking a Product Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in backend software engineering who excels at customer interaction and problem discovery. You should be comfortable in ambiguous situations, capable of talking to customers to understand their needs, and have a track record of driving projects end-to-end. Bonus points if you have experience in a fast-paced startup environment or have previously worked at a large tech company.
What you'll do:
- Talk directly with customers to gather requirements, understand their problems, and determine what to build.
- Take ownership of new features and product lines, driving them from initial concept to final delivery.
- Work closely with the founding team to build and scale our AI-powered voice and communication products.
- Design, build, and maintain robust backend systems that power our core services.
- Lead technical projects end-to-end, defining the scope, creating tickets, and executing the implementation.
- Identify and solve ambiguous problems to improve product functionality and drive business revenue.
