Choose us as your catalyst for success, and let's shape your future together.<br>We are actively seeking a highly experienced and strategic <strong>Hotel Operations </strong><strong><strong>Manager</strong> </strong>on behalf of <strong>White Rocks.</strong></p><p><strong>Become a White Rocker!</strong></p><p><strong>White Rocks Hotel Kefalonia</strong> is a <strong>four-star plus property founded in 1974</strong>, celebrating 50 years of authentic hospitality and modern elegance. One of the first hotels to offer high-quality accommodation on the island, it now features 160 refurbished rooms and bungalows surrounded by Mediterranean flora, all with panoramic sea views. Located 10 minutes from Argostoli and 5 minutes from the airport, the hotel combines timeless Greek warmth with a forward-thinking spirit.</p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Hotel Operations Manager</strong> to lead daily operations with empathy, integrity, and excellence — a hands-on professional who believes that people are at the heart of hospitality and has a strong background in F&B and operations.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead all daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences across all departments.</li><li>Champion a positive, people-focused culture — motivate, coach, and develop team members to deliver authentic and heartfelt service.</li><li>Work closely with department heads to ensure SOPs and internal policies are consistently applied in line with the White Rocks ethos.</li><li>Handle guest feedback and special requests with empathy, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Oversee and support F&B operations as a hands-on leader, ensuring quality, efficiency, and innovation in service delivery.</li><li>Manage operational budgets, inventory control, and cost efficiency while maintaining high service standards.</li><li>Collaborate with the Finance/Accounting team to ensure compliance with labor, safety, hygiene, and financial regulations.</li><li>Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and training — with a focus on retaining and developing talent.</li><li>Partner with Sales & Marketing to align operations with the hotel’s commercial goals and guest experience standards.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management, or Business Administration.</li><li>Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar managerial or senior operations role, ideally with strong <strong>F&B background</strong>.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.</li><li>Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities — able to inspire through collaboration rather than authority.</li><li>Skilled in organization, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and hotel PMS (preferably Protel).</li><li>Hands-on, approachable, and calm under pressure — a true team player with a “can-do” attitude.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li> Full-time, year-round position based in Kefalonia</li><li>2-bedroom flat with sea-view in Argostoli town (5 minutes driving from the hotel)</li><li>Full board meal plan.</li><li>Company mobile phone, PC and laptop.</li><li>Continuous learning and development opportunities through seminars and internal training.</li><li>A collaborative environment where your voice matters and your leadership shapes the hotel’s daily rhythm.</li></ul>
