Choose us as your catalyst for success, and let's shape your future together.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><p>· Collaborates with the Front Desk Supervisor to evaluate Front Desk Agents' performance.</p><p>· Participates actively in training programs to enhance personal and team growth.</p><p>· Maintains high standards of behavior, appearance, and professionalism at all times.</p><p>· Greets all guests in a friendly, courteous, and respectful manner.</p><p>· Addresses guest complaints in a prompt and appropriate manner to ensure guest satisfaction.</p><p>· Manages check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring proper guest room satisfaction to meet the guest preferences.</p><p>· Works closely with various departments to fulfill guest needs and requests, ensuring smooth operations across the hotel.</p><p>· Takes on additional duties as assigned by the Front Desk Supervisor, contributing to the efficient operation of the Front Desk.</p><p>· Ensures a high level of customer service is maintained, upholding the hotel's values and standards</p><p>· Performing other related duties as required by the hotel.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><p>· BA in Hospitality and Tourism Management or relevant studies.</p><p>· Excellent knowledge of the Greek and the English language – knowledge of any other language would be considered an asset.</p><p>· Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS.</p><p>· 2 years minimum experience as a Front Desk Shift Leader in a 4 or 5* Luxury Hotel</p><p></p><p><strong>Company offers:</strong></p><p></p><p>· Fixed Term Contract (season 2026)</p><p>· Career development opportunities.</p><p>· Competitive salary based on experience.</p><p>· Excellent working environment.</p><p>· Accommodation and meals on all working days.</p><p>· Transportation from/to staff houses.</p><p><br></p>
