Division: Brand Guidance, Media & Creative – CS2
Location: Bagneux, Hybrid
Reports to: Client Director

About the Job

We’re thrilled to invite you to join our Brand Guidance, Media & Creative team as a Research Director! In this role, you’ll craft strategic research that empowers clients to grow their brands through human understanding and data-driven insights. Your contribution will shape decisions that matter.
You’ll lead complex, multi-country projects in FMCG, partnering with client teams and internal experts. We believe in working together to deliver research that inspires action and drives growth—your expertise will make a difference every day!

Job Goals

  • Design and deliver brand tracking programs that provide actionable insights.
  • Translate client business challenges into tailored research solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring quality and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support strategic growth.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance capability and performance.
  • Drive collaboration across cross-functional and multi-geography teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of research outputs that meet client expectations.

Ideal Skills and Capabilities

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in market research, brand strategy, or consulting.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-market research programs.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills to present insights effectively.
  • Expertise in quantitative research methodologies; experience with advanced analytics is a plus.
  • Bilingual English; fluent French is an advantage.
