Role Roadmap

Kalshi has the potential to be at the center of the news and culture cycle: when there’s a big event happening, people should immediately think of Kalshi… either to put their money where their mouth is and trade on that event, or to check the real time forecasts of what’s about to happen next. In this role, you will help make Kalshi top of mind when cultural moments and viral trends hit. You’ll be orchestrating and executing large-scale viral stunts and creative marketing strategies that place Kalshi at the center of public conversation—when the next Barbenheimer or Brat hits, it will be because of your work.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

We know it is difficult to spike in all of these areas, so you do not need to excel in every single one of these responsibilities.

Trend Riding: Capture the vibes, emerging cultural trends, memes, then insert Kalshi into the most relevant and buzzworthy moments.

Hype Creation: Launch campaigns that generate enormous attention. While you’ll have ample resources to work with, we want someone who will be scrappy and resourceful. The most viral trends come from little more than creativity, grit, and finesse.

Stunt Ideation and Execution: Develop, plan, and execute large-scale, high-impact stunts that draw attention and create a lasting impression. Think Redbull challenge, Barbie pop-ups, Snoop Dog at the Olympics.

Social Media Savvy: Make our social media relevant, entertaining, tasteful, and informative. 100x+ the number of people currently engaging with our content.

You are a creative and proactive powerhouse with an intuitive feel for cultural trends, a knack for turning big ideas into reality, and finesse to find yourself on stages you have no business being in. You're scrappy, resourceful, and not afraid to push the envelope to achieve a 100x outcome. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a track record of pulling off feats others thought impossible.

Key Qualifications

Proven success in creating and executing large-scale stunts or viral campaigns. We care more about slope than number of years of experience, but we want to see you’ve done it before. Deep feel for cultural trends and a good taste for what will capture public attention. Audacious aiming far beyond what others think possible. Fortune favors the bold. Proactive and execution oriented - you are autonomous and GSD. Exceptional creativity and out of the box thinking. Project management and communication skills to execute on multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Salary Range: $40,000 to $8,000,000 annually plus equity and benefits. This salary range is based on the current available market data and represents the expected salary range for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and few titles, but a broad range of experience is represented within roles.
