The firm provides legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, sales, and investments and is led by a Managing Director and Legal Director with a combined c.40 years Corporate Law experience within reputable top 50 law firms. </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><strong>The Opportunity</strong></span></p><p><span>Following an outstanding year during which the K3 Law team completed over 20 mid-market M&A transactions, an exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Legal Director to join the growing K3 Law team and lead a wide range of Corporate Transactions (sellside, buyside, capital markets and PE fundraise)</span></p><p><span>K3 Law offers a market competitive salary, exciting bonus, and a flexible benefits package. The firm caters for both highly driven and ambitious individuals as well as those that would prefer a work / life balance that suits their own personal situation.</span></p><p><span>If you are a Qualified Lawyer with c.7 - 10 years PQE in Corporate Law, with the drive and energy to lead an ambitious growing Corporate Law team within a fast-paced PE backed group, we want to talk to you.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><strong>The Person</strong></span></p><p><span>You will be a Lawyer able to meet the following criteria:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Qualified Lawyer with at 7 - 10 years PQE (Corporate Law background)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Flexible approach - comfortable working a combination of office and remote / home location</span></p></li><li><p><span>Keen to play a pivotal role in the growth of an ambitious boutique Corporate Law firm with the backing of a leading UK professional services organisation</span></p></li></ul>
