<p><span><strong>Corporate Paralegal – K3 Law</strong></span></p><p><span>A new Corporate Paralegal opportunity within K3 Law, a growing Boutique Law Firm offering exposure to a wide range of corporate work and career progression within a leading UK professional services organisation.</span></p><p><span><strong>The Company:</strong></span></p><p><span>K3 Law is a high-quality boutique corporate law firm and is part of K3 Capital Group, a multi-disciplinary Advisory & Professional Services group focused on advising mid-market corporate clients throughout the UK. The firm provides legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, sales, and investments and is led by a Managing Director and Legal Director with a combined c.40 years Corporate Law experience within reputable top 50 law firms. </span></p><p><span><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></span></p><p><span>The K3 Law team continues to expand and following an outstanding performance in 2025 is handling more Mid-market M&A transaction work than ever before. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Paralegal to join the K3 Law team and work on a wide range of lower / mid-market Corporate Transactions (sellside, buyside, capital markets and PE fundraise.)</span></p><p><span>As a <strong>Corporate Paralegal</strong> can expect a wide variety of work and responsibilities including: </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Assisting in a wide range of corporate transactions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supporting the team on disclosure and due diligence</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drafting and reviewing a range of ancillary documents</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conducting research for the team</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supporting senior fee earners on deals</span></p></li></ul><p><span>K3 Law offers a market competitive salary, exciting bonus, and a flexible benefits package. The firm caters for both highly driven and ambitious individuals as well as those that would prefer a work / life balance that suits their own personal situation.</span></p><p><span><strong>The Person</strong></span></p><p><span>The successful candidate should have:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Ideally a strong background dealing with corporate matters gained from a regional, national or international law firm (but not essential)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal principles </span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent research and analytical skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong academics</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong written and verbal communication abilities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>High level of professionalism and discretion.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ties to Greater Manchester/ North West</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.</span></p></li></ul>
