Das erwartet Sie
Als Sachbearbeiter:in Personal der K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH am Standort Neuhof übernehmen Sie ab dem 01.03.2026 nachfolgende Aufgaben. Die Tätigkeit wird als geringfügige Beschäftigung auf 603€-Basis ausgeübt.
- Unterstützung der HR-Kollegen:innen im Tagesgeschäft hinsichtlich der Betreuung und Beratung unserer Mitarbeiter:innen in personellen und organisatorischen Angelegenheiten
- Begleitung und Unterstützung im Bereich der Aus- und Weiterbildung
- Mitarbeit im Bewerbermanagement sowie Begleitung des Onboarding-Prozesses
Das bringen Sie mit
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung; erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personal wünschenswert
- Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Freundliches, kommunikatives und selbstsicheres Auftreten
- Organisations- und Koordinationsvermögen
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Produkten (Word, Excel), idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse (Modul HCM)
