We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and take full responsibility for managing complex industrial projects from contract award to completion — ensuring excellence in quality, time, and cost performance.
You will manage projects from A to Z — from contract award to delivery — ensuring compliance with internal standards, legislation, and project management best practices.
You will monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and internal procedures.
You will validate the resolution of all open points and manage project risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.
You will analyze and control project operational costs, ensuring profitability and compliance with financial targets.
You will identify new business opportunities during project execution to promote additional customer orders.
You will coordinate all project documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper handover to customers.
You will drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes and working methods to increase efficiency.
You will ensure compliance with company standards in quality, environment, and health & safety.
You will prepare management reports and performance indicators to support decision-making.
Degree in Mechanical or Automation Engineering (or similar).
6–9 years of experience in project management within an industrial environment.
Solid knowledge of Project Management, QEH&S standards, and industrial processes.
Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Project) and ERP systems (SAP or similar).
Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
A proactive, analytical, and structured mindset, with a strong sense of accountability and teamwork.
