Welder

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join a commercial concrete construction team. This role supports fabrication, repair, and installation of metal components used in commercial concrete projects, including embeds, rebar assemblies, structural supports, and forms. The ideal candidate has construction welding experience and can work efficiently on active commercial job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on steel and metal components
  

• Fabricate and install embeds, plates, brackets, rebar assemblies, and structural supports
  

• Repair and modify concrete forms and related equipment as needed
  

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding specifications
  

• Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards
  

• Maintain welding equipment and tools
  

• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor

• Follow job site safety procedures and OSHA regulations
  

• Work closely with supervisors, concrete crews, and project managers
  

Requirements

• Proven welding experience in a construction or industrial setting
  

• Ability to weld structural steel and rebar
  

• Experience working on commercial construction sites preferred
  

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and measurements
  

• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
  

• Ability to work outdoors and in physically demanding environments
  

• High School diploma or GED
  

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  

Preferred Certifications (a plus):

• AWS Welding Certification
  

• OSHA 10 or 30
  

• NCCER Welding Certification
