Job Summary
The Inventory Control Specialist reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager. They will perform a variety of inventory tasks to ensure overall inventory accuracy.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Live and uphold our Mission, Vision and Values.
- Manage locked bins.
- Reconcile count groups and needed quantity adjustments
- Verification and correction in all variance reporting.
- Check and reconcile all dock and Hot Spot inventory positions.
- Validate and reconcile all Pack ID inventory.
- Help out where needed to help reach the goals of K&M Tire

Job Requirements
- Must possess a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Must possess strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking, professional environment.
- Must pay close attention to details.
- Must be quick to learn technology.
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs continuously.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to obtain fork-lift/picker license and operate those pieces of equipment.
- Must have the ability to adapt with change.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
