If the opportunity to build your career is compelling, read on for more details.</p> <p><strong>ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <p><strong><em>Direct Consumer Engagement:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop and deliver insight led integrated brand and consumer experiences in offline channels that drive acquisition, engagement, and loyalty amongst adult smokers and vapers.</li> <li>Leverage consumer insights to develop experiential marketing programs to directly engage with adult smokers and vapers. Programs should generate brand awareness and deliver product education, with tools to support their transition.&nbsp;</li> <li>Deliver and optimize engagement programs to improve conversion rates of adult smokers and vapors as they transition to JUUL.</li> <li>Negotiate agreements with and manage Consumer Engagement agencies to execute in-market engagement programs.</li> <li>Lead a team of professionals to develop and oversee in-market engagement programs to be executed by contracted agencies.&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with cross functional partners to develop communication messages to aid transition and conversion amongst various adult smokers and vapers.</li> <li>Deliver programs on strategy, on time, and on budget.</li> <li>Work closely with US Commercial leadership in shaping offline engagement strategies, route to market, and business expansion plans to support future product portfolio expansions.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Geographical Expansion:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify and evaluate untapped geographies for potential market entry.</li> <li>Develop tailored approaches to increase Juul’s presence and market share in these regions.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic initiatives.</li> <li>Proven track record of leading teams and creating environments where collaboration thrives.</li> <li>Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>EDUCATION:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.</li> <li>10+ years of experience in executing engagement programs in offline channels</li> <li>Strong preference will be given to those with US nicotine category experience or alternatively, working with CPG products in regulated industries.</li> </ul> <p><strong>JUUL LABS PERKS &amp; BENEFITS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A place to grow your career.
