About this role
 

Join the energetic JET Pay team in Tel Aviv as a Product Manager, focusing on global Fintech services for our platform's consumers, partners, and corporate customers. 

We seek an energetic and motivated individual to lead strategic initiatives within JET Pay. You will own the product backlog, define the roadmap, and drive high-quality execution from concept to launch by closely collaborating with engineering and design. Your focus will be on deeply understanding our global customer needs through data and research to identify opportunities, ensuring our payment products maintain a strong competitive edge in diverse international markets.

We emphasize a customer-centric approach driven by our values: lead, deliver, care. This role is vital for building and scaling sophisticated payment solutions, directly impacting our global growth and market leadership through seamless, compliant services.

*Please note that this position is located in Tel Aviv (3 days a week from our Tel Aviv office and 2 days working from home)

These are some of the key components to the position: 

• Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the domain's vision and develop a prioritized, high-impact product roadmap to drive global Fintech value. 
• End-to-End Execution: Own the delivery of complex Fintech services, working closely with engineering, design, and QA from concept through launch to ensure high-quality outcomes. 
• Global Customer & Compliance Focus: Deeply understand customer needs and work across functional silos (Legal, Compliance) to ensure the product is secure, compliant, and meets diverse international market demands. 
• Data-Driven Accountability: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure impact, own results, and use insights to inform continuous iteration and future strategy. 
• Market & Innovation Acumen: Actively keep abreast of developments in global payments and Fintech to identify opportunities for disruption, raise the bar, and maintain a competitive edge. 
• Agile Collaboration & Adaptability: Foster a high-performance team culture and adapt quickly to market changes, making rapid, data-informed decisions to maximize product impact and efficiency. 

What will you bring to the team?

• Fintech Strategy & Domain Mastery: knowledge of the global payments lifecycle combined with proven ability to translate complex needs into a clear, prioritized product strategy and roadmap. 
• Data & Impact Driven: Expertise in defining key metrics, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making, and a history of launching products that demonstrate clear business value and lasting customer impact. 
• Technical & Agile Proficiency: Strong technical acumen to collaborate effectively with engineering on constraints and trade-offs, combined with practical experience in modern agile methodologies for efficient delivery. 
• Global Relationship Builder: Strong collaboration and influence skills to align diverse internal stakeholders (engineering, legal, operations) and develop deep relationships with external global partners. 
• Ownership and Self-Starting: A self-starter attitude comfortable with ambiguity, taking full accountability for results, and committing to delivering goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
• Customer-Centric Empathy: Ability to act responsibly by placing the global user experience (consumer, partner, corporate) at the center of all product design, ensuring effective adoption.
