These are some of the key components to the position: 

As Executive Assistant to the Management team and the Danish Country Director, you will have the opportunity to work closely with leading roles in our danish business, as well as collaborating with colleagues across different departments.

Using your planning skills, you’re able to effectively schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, conferences and events. That includes managing complex calendars to plan meetings with internal and external parties. Furthermore you act as an ambassador for the company in everything you do.

In this impactful role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Making proactive proposals to boost efficiency in meeting structures or calendar management

  • Supporting with project execution and leading smaller projects independently

  • Leading the staff association (Personaleforeningen) with the facility manager and members.

  • Managing expense reports & bookkeeping tasks, as well as supplier coordination

  • Securing global and local alignment on formal processes, ticket systems and follow ups.

  • Personal assistance (e.g. diary, travel arrangements (e.g. visa, hotel, flights) etc)
     

What will you bring to the table?

Here are the skills and experience we need from you:

  • 2+ years’ experience working for senior managers/ senior stakeholders

  • Previous experience in a dynamic eCommerce environment is an advantage, but not a must

  • Proficiency in MS Office & G-Suite or similar tools

  • Comfortable working independently and proactively

  • Adapting to ad-hoc requests and changing business needs

  • A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

  • Willing and able to work off-business hours (occasionally)

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Fluent English & Danish  (written & spoken) and communication skills
