The role is a Senior Full Stack Engineer position within the Engineering department, based on-site in New York City’s Greenwich Village as one of the company’s first engineering hires. The role involves shipping quickly, designing and building new modes of working with computers, and tackling groundbreaking projects involving LLMs, while collaborating closely with external partners to fuel growth and influence product decisions, direction, and prioritization, and to help shape the engineering culture. It encompasses building frontier products such as a voice-to-voice survey tool with extremely low latency to autonomously conduct high-volume research tasks, a mobile app developed from scratch in three weeks, segmented knowledge graphs atop unstructured-to-structured data transformations, and an AI-native CRM with deep links to the knowledge graph. The position is in an in-person NYC team that currently comprises about 12 engineers and is scaling to roughly 30 this year, with a product- and engineering-driven culture and backgrounds from Airbnb, Meta, Amazon, Palantir, and EY. Compensation includes a base salary of $190k–$220k plus equity.
