Provide rapid emergency response, life support, and first-aid care to guests and colleagues in critical situations.
Assess patient conditions, perform preliminary diagnoses, and initiate appropriate medical treatment per protocols.
Administer medications via oral, injection, or IV routes and communicate patient information during referrals.
Maintain accurate medical records while ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, legal, and H&S standards.
Support guest and colleague well-being through preventive care, reassurance, and professional patient communication.
Certified AEA and CCA with valid emergency medical credentials.
National Diploma or country-specific medical certification.
Degree or certification in Emergency or Trauma Care.
Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols, patient care, and clinical documentation standards.
