The Senior Business Manager is a trusted strategic partner to the Head of DigitalBusiness Management & Operational Excellence
Oversee routine yet critical office operations including leave planning, approval workflows and resource capacity/financial planning
Maintain structured documentation, drive timely completion of operational tasks and provide regular cohesive status updates to senior management meetings
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Facilitate workshops, town halls, and feedback loops to surface concerns, capture ideas, and strengthen collective ownership of change
Build and maintain strong relationships across functions, regions, and levels and act as an ambassador of professionalism and service excellence
Leadership Support
Lead the development of high-quality, insight-driven presentations to group executive steering bodies, board forums, and senior management reviews - ensuring strategic narratives are clear, cohesive, and action-oriented
Coordinate and validate inputs from multiple stakeholders and maintain oversight of key deadlines and action items, ensuring timely escalation where necessary
Minimum of 2 years of experience in executive support roles within financial services, preferably in private banking or wealth management
Proven track record supporting C-suite or senior leaders in complex, matrixed organisations
In-depth understanding of corporate governance, regulatory environment, and operational frameworks within a global bank
Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering excellence consistently
Diplomatic and culturally aware, with the ability to interact confidently across diverse geographies and functions
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; relevant professional qualifications considered an asset
Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy combined with the ability to synthesise information into relevant and tailored insights
Ownership in driving tasks forward independently and capable of proactively identifying opportunities and proposing solutions without awaiting direction
High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (especially German) highly desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with collaboration platforms such as Webex, Teams or SharePoint
Ability to prioritise effectively under pressure and adapt quickly to changing demands
Proactive mindset with a solutions-oriented approach and sound judgment
