About this role
Aufgabenbereich
- Operative Führung und Koordination des handwerklichen Betriebs
- Akquisition und Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen
- Planung und Kalkulation von Projekten und Aufträgen
- Sicherstellung effizienter und termingerechter Produktionsprozesse
- Organisation und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen
- Mitwirkung bei Materialwirtschaft und Projektplanung
- Unterstützung der Projektleiter bei komplexen Aufträgen
- Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
- Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Montage und externen Partnern
Anforderungsprofil
- Erfahrung in leitender Funktion mit operativer Verantwortung
- Branchenkenntnisse in Handwerk, Innenausbau, Schreinerei, Architektur oder Bauwirtschaft
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit 2 Jahren Führungserfahrung oder Projektleitungsfunktion
- Ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und Budgetverantwortung
- Erfahrung in Projektsteuerung und Organisationsführung
- Kenntnisse in Materialplanung, Kalkulation oder Produktionssteuerung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CAD-Software
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke
- Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem familiären Umfeld
