What You Will Do

As a Multi-Skilled Service Engineer, you’ll service and maintain Intruder Alarms, Access Control Systems, CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems to industry standards. You’ll provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise, ensuring systems operate reliably and safely.

How You Will Do It

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
  • Service and maintain devices safely and responsibly
  • Prioritize jobs effectively and manage your time efficiently
  • Complete all reports and certification accurately

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience in Fire & Security industry
  • Full UK driving license
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders
  • Previous customer-facing experience

Preferred:

  • Relevant qualifications (18th Edition, NVQ, City & Guilds, BTEC, FIA)
